My good friend Mark Hales has just been completely done over in the courts and is facing bankruptcy, all for the sake of arranging a car test that went wrong.
I was snapper on the day. The whole thing is not only outrageous, unfair and a personal tragedy for a man who’s often put his passion for cars and aircraft before the drudgery of making a living, but also has important implications for the publishing industry and historic motorsport.
